Great job. Biggest strength is that you are not a “salesperson.” We really enjoyed working with you and never felt “pressured.” Your honesty and integrity are unparalleled. We always could count on you to give us your honest opinion and not lead us down a wrong path–even if it meant adversely affecting you financially. We’re always a little cynical dealing with real estate people and after some of the ones we met together on the seller side, I’m sure you can understand why. You helped break many of the negative stereotypes we had. You’re follow-up with us after the deal was closed was also impressive.
